The Pinewood Lakes Community consists of two Homeowners’ Associations, The Master and The Reserve.
Pinewood Lakes in Star, Idaho is a beautifully planned community consisting of 190 single family homes, 25 patio homes and 20 villas within the Pinewood Lakes Master Community Association and 79 custom homes located within the gated Reserve at Pinewood Lakes. Our many amenities include a swimming pool and cabana, playground, basketball court, waterfalls, five ponds located within the Reserve and many wonderful open and green spaces to enjoy, including the Lawrence Kennedy Canal pathway meandering along a section of the Master and the Reserve homes. Ducks, Canadian geese, birds and wildlife abound!
Upcoming Annual Members’ Meetings
Pinewood Lakes Annual Members’ Meeting is planned for April 20th at 6:30pm at the Star Fire Station.
The Reserve at Pinewood Lakes Annual Members’ Meeting is planned for April 19th at 5:30pm at the Star Fire Station.
Meeting documents are available to view on the Documents tab.
Owners will receive the meeting notice via standard mail and are encouraged to complete the return the proxy if they are unable to attend the meeting.
This is your opportunity to volunteer to serve your community! Owners are encouraged to submit their intent to volunteer to Northwest Communities. Follow the instructions on the Call for Volunteers portion of the meeting notice.
Board of Directors Meetings
Pinewood Lakes Master Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 4:00pm at the Star Fire Station located at 11665 W. State Street in Star.
The upcoming Reserve at Pinewood Lakes Board of Directors Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm at the Fire Station located in Star. The schedule may change due to Board member availability.
